Traducta’s success is largely due to the implementation and maintenance of an effective Quality Management System (QMS) designed to obtain and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty and exceed their expectations.
The continuous improvement of our QMS is one of the company’s main goals since the more effective it is, the more likely we are to achieve Total Quality. We are committed to meeting the requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard that apply to our QMS as well as of EN ISO 17100:2015 and all legal and statutory requirements.
To make sure we achieve our goals we have created and maintain a working environment in which we encourage the full participation and development of our staff.
In implementing our Quality Policy, our QMS is based on the Principle of Continuous Improvement as set out here:
Plan: Traducta defines the strategy, plans and provides all the resources necessary to meet its goals.
Execute: Traducta manages, executes and controls its processes, providing a complete and personalised service that fully meets its customers’ needs.
Check: Traducta continuously assesses its QMS processes.
Act: Traducta is committed to the continuous improvement of all its working methods and will take action whenever necessary.
